The TQ and Shears appear legit, but the pouch is made from cheap materials.One star knocked off for the cheap pouch.

Gen7 CAT Tourniquet w/case & medical scissors.
The case is very durable and the tourniquet works perfectly when tested. The medical scissors are good and sharp. I am very pleased with this purchase.
