Milk Makeup Lip & Cheek - Werk

I purchased the Milk Makeup multi-use cream stick (shade: Werk), intended for use as blush, lip color, and eyeshadow, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The product has a strong, unpleasant, rancid smell, similar to old or expired cosmetic products. The odor is immediately noticeable, especially when used on the lips, making it very uncomfortable and essentially unusable. There is no visible expiration date on the packaging, but based on the smell and overall condition, the product genuinely seems expired or improperly stored. Because this is a multi-use product applied on the lips and face, this is concerning, and I stopped using it immediately. Additionally, for £28, the product is extremely small, which makes the price feel unjustified even without the quality issue. Considering both the size and the condition of the product, this is not acceptable at this price point. I expected much higher standards from Milk Makeup. This experience has been very disappointing, and I would appreciate this issue being reviewed, along with guidance regarding a refund or replacement.

I really love the color Werk. It is a perfect natural flush/sun-kissed color for my skin color. It’s so lovely. Buildable and blendable. It is a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but it’s for the brand name I guess.

Es un producto muy pequeño,al ponerlo si pigmenta tiene buen color pero no dura nada.No sirve y mi cutis es normal.

Sul serio? Tutto qui???!! Per quello che l’ho pagato quasi 40 euro deve essere un prodotto miracoloso!!! Aspetterò al primo utilizzo per esprimermi meglio…per ora posso dire che sono stati veramente molto ristretti con la quantità di prodotto…sembra veramente da borsetta ma il prezzo è eccessivamente altro in tal caso. Per ora 1 stella per prezzo altissimo per le dimensioni del prodotto.
