I'm a bass player, and this pedal right here is my jam!So for context I play 5 string bass in a pop / indy rock kind of band (think Florence and the Machine without the orchestra) and for years now had been dependent on a russian big muff, but the trusty wedge finally passed on to the great pedal board in the sky. I've tried a number of pedals but never found that nice balance of beefy enough on the low end to stay in the "bass player range" but also pushed and driven enough in the upper mids to stick out during my solos and feature sections. This guy right here did it though, you can really dial in the right amount of dirt by keeping the fuzz control nice and low and the way the shift and tone knobs work together really help me drive in the right places without overloading the band or sounding sloppy.If you like the sound of a big muff but want more control over your tone and a slimmer profile, this right here is the absolute best I've found. Earthquaker Devices are the absolute kings of dirt in my book!

My go to fuzz pedal! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Fuzz is a very personal thing and there are a lot of choices out there. Before you just go and buy one because so many people say how great it is, watch a ton of YouTube videos and think about the fuzz tone you're after.That being said, I currently have three fuzz pedals, and this is the one I use most. If your a fan of Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, Black Sabbath, QOTSA, Mogwai, Pink Floyd, you can get all those tones outta this guy. Remember that Gilmour barely used any gain. If you buy this looking for that tone, keep the fuzz dialed way back :-)It's my favorite!

This is a good fuzz pedal. I give it three stars because it has been difficult to gain stack with using my TS-9. This is whether placed before or after in the chain. If the level on the Hoof fuzz is ever past 12 o clock in either position, a noise gate is in order. Not that big of a deal depending on how you plan to integrate the pedal into your setup. Again, it's a good fuzz pedal.

One of the best muff style fuzzes you can buy. I love this thing so much. EQD is probably the best pedal company out there right now. Can't recommend this thing enough.

Great pedal. The shift and tone knobs give you a great control of the range of Fuzz. This has become my go to pedal!

絵は羊かヤギの足でRam's Headのイメージだと思うが、グリーンのロシアンmuffをもとにしているらしい。これはただのbig muffクローンではなく、シリコンとゲルマニウムのハイブリッドになっている。音の密度が非常に高く、音のキメが細かくものすごくパワーがある。こちらに慣れてしまうと、もう普通のbig muffには戻れないかもしれない。
