These are great. My physical therapist recommended them and they help for sure. Easy to use. I should have gotten 2 sets though.

Love these! I am a LMT and do alot of fascia work. I got these to add to my cupping options and also for gliding work. Amazing tools in the hands if a trained therapist. I love tge flexibility as cups frequently pop off a client and bounce on the floor. Hard cups crack from this and need frequent replacing. These silicone cups are durable, well made, clean easy, Hold up to oils, & transport well for therapists on the go.

I've been a massage therapist for 15years. I saw a video about dynamic/contemporary cupping & thought it looked like something I could add without spending a bunch of $ or time on cont ed.classes. I was RIGHT! Only used then a handful of times so far & I really like them as do most clients. The package is right...5min of cupping = 30mim of deep tissue. Clients reported being a little more sore & experienced some detoxing type effects. During the sessions I noticed tightness decreasing in less time. I was able to do the cupping for 5 min, finish with a few acupressure points if needed & move to another area. Working smarter not harder...LOVE IT! Also super easy to clean..just soap & water. Downside: it definitely takes a few times to get the hang of how to keep the suction while massaging with them. Also not strong enough suction to do much static cupping.

Since I got the Edge cups in the mail I have been using them like crazy! They have really released a lot of tension I had built up due to stress and my body feels much more at ease. I have recently started to weight train more and my muscles were just to tight but the cups changed all of that. I have also been using them on my thighs and butt for cellulite and it feels amazing and honestly, I am in love. I am actually really sad I didn't find them sooner because they are so amazing at making my body feel like I just got a rejuvenating massage! I even tried them for some digestive issues the other day and wow they work fast! I have also been using them prior to my weekly enema as a little massage aid to get things in motion and I'm hooked. I actually want to try out the face cups next and maybe order some of the other cups you offer too! I'm so excited I found this company because the glass cups seemed a bit intense but these are great! I was definitely intimidated but they are so easy to use and really work fast, after my first use I felt the difference and I think for anyone who is invested in natural health these little guys are definitely an excellent addition to your routine! I am really looking forward to seeing the long term results !

My PT recommended cupping at home between PT and massage sessions. I’m finding these super easy to use. despite instructions, you only need 1 hand, easy to reach even your back. Solid suction, and much appreciate the varied sizes.

I got these cups due to the tremendous back pain that I suffer from. I'm familiar with cupping method but the old school Soviet union form where they use glass cups and literally light you on fire. I chose to have a safer option and just use the silicone suction cups which according to the description its naturally hygienic and easy to clean which is better then the ones i got with the glass. My mom is an acupuncturist so she deals with cupping on a daily basis and when i showed her these- she told me they are great quality. The whole idea behind cupping is to suction the tissue which helps to relieve the stagnation of blood flow via negative pressure. Im really into natural holistic methods so thats why i chose to invest in my own personal 4 suction cups. I also like the size that they come in.

I got these for my husband and the horses. The traditional plastic ones aren't large enough for equid use. I got these, and they work fantastic for cupping our horses. Easy to use, easy to clean and I love the color. How tonuse it on a horse? Some suggest warmed ultrasound jelly. I use homemade topical salves. Anything that is good and oil with some sort of bees wax (you want it to soak through the fur to create a seal) and it works. The mustang loves it.

Before my physical therapist introduced me to these I was having considerable pain my my muscles. Muscle tension over time can cause weakness and pain. My pt taught me how to use these. Slather on a thick lotion and push the air out to create a suction on your skin. Move the cups around every few seconds so you don't get hickeys. I am in my 30s and I work a fairly physical job so I often come home sore and tired. I love to use these because it helps me so much. It gives you a reverse massage. Rather than pushing into the skin, the cups pull the skin up. This opens the blood vessels and relaxes the muscle. It feels so nice to relax. My husband will use it on my back and quite often I fall asleep after a bit. I wake up and my pain is gone! Use anywhere you have a flat surface of your skin. I like that this product is well made and you get different sizes for different places on your body that have smaller flat places of skin. Try it! I am glad I found these wonders. I tell all my friends about them.

These things are amazing. I have flat feet, which led to plantars fasciitis in my left foot and chronic knee and leg pain in both legs. After using these cups on my legs (around my knee and ankle area) for a portion of the morning, I felt an astonishing difference! For the first time in over a year, I finally felt like I was able to walk properly, not limp or hobble. I was able to walk without thinking about how much it hurts to walk. What an amazing feeling! I promptly bought 2 more sets to give to my parents as gifts.

Good quality and easy to use. This is my first time with at home cupping. The ebook is pretty generic, meant to sell more products but does offer some important use instructions. The video tutorials are informative. I was mainly looking for answers on what not to do which one of the videos addressed. This is a really good product. I love it.
