I have always been a bit sensitive to heavy lacquer on my nails. It makes them feel smothered. When I read about halal nail polish being water permeable, I thought I would give it a try. I bought some shiny metallics -- I have to confess, those are my favorites -- from a vendor not on Amazon, and I fell in love with pretty nails again. But metallics tend to be soft regardless of brand and I am pretty hard on my nails. I try to be good and wear gloves when doing housework but I frequently forget. So I thought maybe I would find another brand and try a non-metallic color.I'm glad I found this brand. The color I bought (Malala) goes on pretty opaque. I only needed two coats. However, it doesn't look good on all my fingers, so I've been using it as my "accent nail" color with a (you guessed it) shiny metallic aqua on the rest. It looks amazing and is always the last nail to chip. I have both halal and not-halal top coats and both seem pretty effective with it.Anyway, I'm so happy with it, I have already ordered another color -- Yasmin, which is lighter, so I can use it on all my nails. I find I like the look of either metallic or light colors. I can't wait to try it out. I'm pretty sure I'll be back for more.

Can’t prove if it’s halal, but I didn’t buy it for that reason. Normal polish is too thick for me and the sensation bothers me. This is much lighter and thinner, between a stain and a polish. Very pigmented, you can’t even tell. Pardon my home paint job

This product is horrible. It paints nails in a blotchy way. I just wasted my money on it. Either it is to old or a bad product.I would appreciate it if you return my money or change it

GORGEOUS shiny pitch black nail polish! This is such a pure black 🖤 And the sheen is stunning! I compared my nails to beetle wings to my husband today and I feel like that was a really accurate comparison! Absolutely love it! I’ve been a fan on this company for a long time 🥰 I love their polish. This color in particular is just such a beautiful DEEP black! Exactly what I wanted!

I actually ordered this by accident, I had it in the cart and my husband purchased it. I was lookin for a clean polish, but didn’t even know what halal was. I was pleasantly surprised by how unique this formula is. It has a gel-like quality to it. It dries quickly and doesn’t stay tacky but keeps its shine like it has a top coat. I’m very impressed by how it wears and looks shiny until I remove it. It seems to last longer than your average polish too. My only regret was the shade I purchased “Heena” is far too similar to my pale skin tone. Looking forward to trying more shades!

The product came very well packaged, I bought several colors. I like how fast it dries! The company seems very caring of their customers. My box came with complimentary acetone wipes (I loved them and will be getting more!!) and a hand written note…… I hope they start making more breathable glittery and shimmery options! :)
