This does not include instructions. It has a card with a website url for instructions. I would not have bought this had i know. False advertising much? Pricks.

Yes, this was what it says it was. My daughter was extremely excited to receive these and said they were the best ever. I don't know much about them, but they were all in brand new like condition, and were part of the set she was trying to find.
