**UPDATE 07/11/2025**I wanted to update my review and rating from 1 star to 5 stars. After some research, I discovered that Bariatric Pal has started putting a peppermint scented tab inside to reduce that vitamin smell inside the bottle and it works. I use a pill organizer to keep my supplements organized so I can easily tell if I remembered to take them.After sitting in the pill organizer overnight, the peppermint smell was gone and so was that typical vitamin smell. They literally have no smell which is awesome. Also, Bariatric Pal says you can continue to use the peppermint tab to freshen other things like closets, shoes, or anything that could use it after you run out of vitamins.The vitamins themselves are still the same, great capsules and ingredients we know and have worked so well. It’s a win win. If the peppermint smell or taste bother you, just put your vitamins in a sorter or pull one out a few hours before you plan to take it so it can “air out.”**Original Review**I’ve been taking these vitamins since September 2024 and have always thought they were great. My bloodwork has always been good since I started taking these. They have always been unflavored but I just opened my most recent order and lo and behold a very, very strong peppermint flavor has been added. It’s almost like someone accidentally poured peppermint oil into something along the line that these are produced on so now they’re very off putting because you burp up peppermint. I never had an issue with vitamin or iron burps with this brand which is why I’ve been using it over others, but now I can’t take these with my protein shakes in the mornings like I’ve always done because they cause my shake to taste bad due to the peppermint lingering in your mouth.If you’re allergic to peppermint, you should consider another vitamin because these don’t even list anything on their ingredients that indicate that anything peppermint related has been added.

I purchased this a few months after having bariatric surgery. This product was effective at maintaining my vitamin/energy levels. The pills were easy to swallow and the taste was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this product. The only reason I don't buy this brand anymore is because I found a better tasting one that works well.

This is a great multi vitamin. It gives an energy boost and gives you all the nutrients you need. The cost is low also and it has a nice mint flavor. I would recommend this daily multi vitamin to my family and friends.

The smell is not very desirable but it seems to be a good vitamin. Easy to swallow and seems effective for my needs.

Nice vitamin suggested by my bariatric team. Easy to swallow, no tummy upset. The minty smell/taste may take a bit to get used to but it’s not horrible.

I like these. The capsule is really big. At least there isn't much of a taste, so that is good. It really does help keep my iron levels up and other vitamin levels. I can tell a big difference when I do not take bariatric vitamins. These are quality vitamins, if you have a hard time swallowing large capsules these might now be for you.

Approved by my surgeon. Kind of a medicine taste but has kept my levels post op where they should be.

Same product as there store but better price point and no Shop $10 ship and expecting another $5 for a cold pack.I chose this brand post bariatric surgery even though it wasn’t on my surgeon’s “list”. It is equivalent or better to their choices, sorry about the loss of a kickback. Most of the ingredients that are better (imho) because they are more natural and have better uptake. The things an Ag plant guy learns hanging around those animal science types.
