Outstanding neurological pain relief.I have no wedding ring so did not need to worry about metal jewellry.I have suffered from horrific pain from a nerve tumour under a nail bed since 1999, that has increased each year, and being a glomus tumour they are very hard to find surgically. Glomus tumours are renowned for the excrutiating pain they produce. So I was resigned to codeine and misery.I have invested in this and its a life changer. It completely blocks the pain and I can now enjoy a pain free life. I have had no discomfort with it.You have to buy the unit to go with it, which takes batteries and is portable. The pads are small enough for one to go over my thumb. The machine is silent and pain relief is absolute.I didn't think I would have a pain free life and now suddenly I do. For that, this is priceless

I was very sceptical, and still am....but I have to admit that it seems to work..and now I have used it more than once I am coming to the conclusion that there may be something in it! With the strong pulse going it is very comforting, and feels as if you have an expert masseur working on you - so you feel as is something is happening and to be honest on both occasions the pain has eased. I would suggest that you give it a try it is not that expensive and if it works for you it is worth every penny.

this is meant to be onesize as I have arthritis in my hands and they aren't so big or swollen I found getting the glove to be bit too tight to apply

I got this for my mother - works with a standard tens machine. It will not cure her arthritis but we managed to get a cheap tens machine to test this with and she uses first thing in the morning and then throughout the day. It provides some relief and any relief is better than none!

It doesn’t even work . I didn’t even receive the cables .

This is my second pair of gloves and I have to notify you, that the pad on one side does not stick to my arm. One glove works and the other one is not as good. Very disappointed in this product as I get a lot of pain in my hands and was looking for some relief in using the IGloves with the Tens Machine.

Bought these (you get two in the pack) for my wife who has arthritic hands and suffers pain and consequent reduced dexterity.The gloves would best be described as "Medium" in size although they would probably stretch a little with use. They need to be quite damp/wet to get the best effect, and as another reviewer pointed out "REMOVE ALL RINGS" before switching on!!My wife says she would "wear them all day" and indeed does wear them for long, pain free, periods. Much more convenient to use/wear than the standard pads and "they reach the parts others can't reach" ie the individual fingers.Wouldn't be without them now

I have arthritis in my hands and this helpful in relieving discomfort in my hands.
