Good source of vegan protein... made a chili out of it and it was delicious!

Very impressed with this product. I wanted a healthier meat alternative, as well as something other than soy or seitan. The texture of the sunflower hache is like cooked, ground beef. The spice packet for the chili is great and easily customizable if you prefer to add more of your own spices -- I didn't and found the flavor perfect. I added diced tomatoes, which their recipe didn't mention. The finished product was so filling too. Very nutritious meal. I will definitely buy more. Oh, and one box makes enough to feed 4-6 people because it's very filling, especially when you add the beans and corn.
