Boston Tea Party Teas, 2 Cup, 24 Count

I am not sure why this tea is not available, neither here nor on BTP's website. I can find (and I keep trying) to find an equivalent tea. I am going so far to try to match the spices to add to teas that almost make it. I bought this one time. I have a few bags left and I have to rotate their usage like a darned relief pitcher, skipping appearances here and there to let them rest. This has a mildly bold tea flavor, with moderate orange and an equal amount of matching spices. What I like about it is that you can taste them all in balance. I am trying Earl Grey's. My next try is a EG Double Bergamot. Stash Orange Spice is great, yet not the same. Twining's Orange Bliss was my first favorite. It still rocks, but, when I am in the mood for that special, exacting spice taste this one does it.Boston Tea Party: Tear down this wall!!! Bring it back! I had high hopes for this tea. It had great reviews and the history about Boston tea is wonderful. I like it, I don't hate it, I drink it, but it is one of the last teas I reach for.It has definite flavors of spices and orange but they are very understated. I thought it would be a robust strong smelling and tasting tea. Maybe I will double or triple the bags- or make one HUGE pot with all the tea bags for iced tea this summer?The tin is beautiful, and the bags are nicely sealed, but not a tea I will be re-ordering. For some reason I feel awful for not loving this tea, but we all have different tastes, and so it goes!The people having a hard time finding this tea can have mine!

For anyone who remembers the "Good Company" tea that was once sold by Pampered Chef, this is the next best thing.I used to love Pampered Chef's "Good Company" tea until they discontinued it several years ago. It also came packaged in an orange colored can, about the same size. It remains a mystery to me why Pampered Chef stopped selling that popular item, but I searched for quite a long time to find something similar.Boston Tea Party's offering does not taste quite the same as the Pampered Chef product, but the flavor is somewhat similar, and it qualifies as an acceptable substitute. It is described as "fine teas with tropic oranges and exotic spices." The orange flavor is not overpowering, and it is the unidentified exotic spices that give it its unique flavor.

I have drank this tea for years, for many reasons: to warm me up, to cheer me up, makes me feel better when I am ill, helps me after a big meal, helps if I am lonely, helps depression, but the very best reason is...........It's the best darn tea I have ever tasted!!!I don't like a lot of teas with overwhelming fruit or spice flavorings, BUT the flavorings in this tea are so subtle, one taste makes you grasp for the next sip to try to savor the subtleties.Word of caution: when you find it, you had better buy right away. Sometimes, I have to search the internet. Type in Boston Tea Party Orange/Spice Tea in a Tin. I have tried ordering directly from the manufacturer, but they don't always have it in stock.

I got this as a nostalgia item, as I used to drink this tea in college. I find now that I actually prefer Constant Comment....

I am a 56 year old man and I have been drinking this particular tea since I was in High School which would be in the 70's . You used to be able to walk into the grocery store and find it sitting right next to the green can. It is so frustrating when it's not available. Not quite sure I understand why it becomes unavailable but I sure do wish that they'd get their act together and keep it in stock. I used to be able to buy it straight from the manufacturer but I guess that is also a thing of the past now. If you haven't ever tried this tea you should. It is awesome.

I'm so delighted to have this tea once again. A long time connoisseur, I had come to accept that this tea was no longer available, imagine my surprise when I stumbled across it on amazon.Absolutely in love with the idea that I can have this wonderful tea any time I crave it again.I've purchased so many other Orange Spice teas since this went missing from my store, and nothing comes close to the vibrant oranges and cinnamons that this product delivers. Delighted to have it in my pantry again. THANK YOU!

I've been drinking this tea since I was a little girl. When they stopped selling it in the grocery stores I was so upset. I have always boasted about this particular tea and the wonderful flavor it has. Makes the best ice tea ever! I was so happy to see that amazon carried it in groups of four. So I ordered it. It was always on my list. You just got it back in but only one can at a time. So now I just have one can reserved.....please bring this tea back into your inventory.
