This is the second beard straightener I've owned, my first from Aberlite. I love the digital heat setting, the quality of the materials, and the value for this straightener. The combs are evenly spaced out but just a little more than I prefer for my beard. However, the combs themselves are of much better quality than a competitor's I've used. The only drawback is that it lacks a swivel connect where the cord and straightener meet. For me, this means I often have to use my other hand to keep the cord out of the way. However, the functionality and the value of this straightener supersedes any drawbacks. An added bonus is that Aberlite includes a travel case as well. I recommend this product!

This is a high quality straightener at a great value. For the bearded man with a longer and fuller beard this model is ideal due to the longer, thicker teeth making it easier to get through the layers of hair without fear of snagging and pulling (with proper brushing technique and pacing). The curved teeth at the edges of the brush are ideal for getting under the jaw and into the under beard and for adding a nice rounded effect to the beard. The temperature settings offering a nice range of heat with the base or one tick higher being my preferred setting. Stay under four hundred unless you have a heat spray otherwise you may risk damaging your beard.The only downfall is that it can be difficult to clean and if you do not clean it the excess product in your beard; oil, balm and butter can burn onto the teeth and form a dark brown residue. I recommended using cleaning wipes and a tooth pick or thin knife to clean it. Place the wipe over the teeth and use the tooth pick / knife to press the wipe in between the teeth and remove the excess product. It is a timely process but is necessary.As the headline says, it is a great and reliable product at a great value, worth your consideration and proves that you do not need to spend a lot of money to straighten your beard.

My husband has struggled with keeping well maintained beard mostly because as it grows it gets curly. He’s tried using my straightening iron and burned his self-one too many times. I saw this product and thought I’d take a chance. Well I’m happy to say I did! So easy to use and he has been using it for over a year now and not one burn. It also does not dry out his hair making his beard much softer. He puts on a little beard oil before he uses it and it works great! Do yourself a favor and try one of these, don’t let the inexpensive price fool you, it’s a great product!

Easy to use, beard looks great! Make sure you use heat protectant spray!!
