This product has the multiple Collages so am hoping to see or feel the benefits accordingly as time goes on. Thus far I have noticed a significantly improved look and feel of my nails. I am older and have noticed an increase in the ridges, the increased brittleness and the thinning of my nails for the last 10 years. This Collagen has literally taken 10 years off my hands. My nails are smooth and soft to the feel. My nails are no longer peeling, which was actually a much longer problem I have had, probably more like 15-20 years, and they are no longer chipping. Also, as stated above I am older so have your typical aches and pains. I have noticed a decrease in my knee joint pain and in my SI joints as well. I will not say the discomfort is gone but I can say it most definitely is better, I am taking less anti inflammatory medications daily, which is wonderful. In the mornings I am not as stiff and feel like I am getting more done earlier because of this. I have not gone to have my blood work done yet but will update if possible when I do, I am hoping it will help with my thyroid and blood sugar, time will tell. I am not diabetic but consistently hover a few points over the "recommended" level, same with the thyroid but on the low end, so the blood work should be telling. Oh and one last thing, my hair is growing like crazy! Not sure how thrilled I am about this as it means more trips to get a hair cut, hence more money, lol, but I think for folks that are looking for this as an improvement should be very happy with the results. I have a LOT of tiny baby hairs coming in as well, so I think I will have to suggest it makes your hair thicker as well as longer. All in all I find this to be an excellent product and would highly recommend.

Been using this for years & I'm 37. I absolutely see results in my hair, skin & nails. I have Raynaud's & this keeps my nails from peeling & breaking which is something I dealt with forever before I found these. The dose is 4 a day & I only take 2 & that works great so far. They are really large pills & can be difficult to swallow, just FYI. On occasion when I run out of these, I see a difference in my hair, skin & nails almost immediately. Fully recommend.

I was searching for a supplement that would help keep my skin resilient, nails strong, and with hair thickness. I’ve found that after taking a low dosage of hydrochlorothiazide for mild hypertension following a recovery from surgery related sepsis, that my hair was thinning. While after almost completing my first bottle, I cannot say much for noticeable improvement of hair or resilience of skin, it seems my nails are a bit stronger, and I do not notice joint pain (if this is due to these collagen supplements, then it’s a huge gain!) I forgot to mention that I’m approaching fifty (which blows my mind..where’d the years go!?) and realize my body’s lack of ability to create its own collagen. Another important benefit worth mentioning (although feels weird just writing this because it’s such a private subject) is it noticeably improves regularity. If you’re desiring daily, full movements with noooo problems, then this is the supplement for you!). That alone makes this a winner, the other potential benefits would be definite bonuses! I eat well, stay active and hydrated, drug and alcohol free, etc., but can still have issues sometimes...this helps dramatically and promotes a more healthy “feeling” from fuller eliminations. Icky subject, but necessary part of health, so there ya “go” (little pun for your enjoyment). Bottom line: I’d like to continue taking this supplement and would recommend at least trying it to anyone concerned about collagen loss in general. Have been taking these for 3 weeks now. I wish it was 1 capsule per day instead of 4 but it’s fine since I have no issues with taking supplements. Nails are growing very fast! I need to cut every week now instead of every other week. I recently got a haircut to see how well and fast my hair can grow. My skin has also been smoother, plumper and experiencing less breakouts. Didn’t change my skin care routine for consistency. So this means it’s really working. The bottle comes with a not saying I can get a free bottle if I do a review or survey but it’s only for USA I believe. A pity!

i received delivery on 02 Sept and started right away and followed the instructions. . i bought this type of collagen because of the good reviews, but i do not notice any positive result since I started taking the tablet. the box says i can order a free bottle by login in to Purely Optimal website, i tried many times but failed to order my free bottle., my bottle is almost empty and Im having seconds thoughts if i should buy again or switch to a different brand of collagen that is much more cheaper in price.

Sinceramente es lo mejor que he probado en colágeno. Tengo entendido que los peptidos distribuyen el colágeno hacia donde se necesita más. En mi caso, mi cabello cambio y creció, mis uñas y mi piel se ven mejor. Adquirí otra marca y no veo el mismo resultado. Mis articulaciones mejoraron mucho. Volveré a comprar esta marca. Aunque caro, vale 100% la pena.
