I've been looking for a bag that can be a backpack and a messenger bag at the same time. I found this bag and decided to try it out.Quality:The material of the bag is wonderful. Really well built and the zippers look like they be hold for a long time. The stitching is well done and I love the bottom of the bag.Pros:-Built well-Both a messenger bag or a backpack-Enough room for my notebooks and laptop-ComfortableCons:The strap for the messenger bag some how managed to slip free from the loop and caused the bag to fall. It struck the corner of my laptop rather hard, breaking the bottom cover on one corner. The clips of the chassis of that corner were broken off so a small section of the plastic doesn't clip in anymore. It could have been worse but I am glad my laptop is ok other than it breaking along the case.Overall:I really like the bag. It is well made and the price isn't so bad. Will keep using it to see how it holds up down the road.Edit: It still is great but I wish there was more padding in the laptop section of the bag. Or at least in a bigger model, it has more padding for the laptop cause that is a key factor in bags for me. I would pay a bit more for more padding if there was that option.

Got this as laptop/equipment bag. I am a hospice nurse and travel from place to place seeing patients. Wanted something light weight but big enough to carry my laptop, vitals equipment and clipboard. Works perfect. Just the right size to keep me from carrying to much but not so small I have to cram what I need. Love the fact that I can wear crossbody or as a backpack as well. Also love that one side opens all the way down. Unsure of durability as have only had a week but appear well made and all the seems are supper tight.

One of the rings that hold the strap broke off in three weeks, which means I can't use the strap anymore. I carry an upwards of 10 pounds in my bag. Good thing is you can hold it by the handle or take out the backpack straps, so it's still easily mobile.For the price though, the bag overall fit my needs. The two protruding bags gave enough space to put my laptop and phone charger in, plus my lunch, with my laptop and papers in the main compartment.Overall, great bag for $17, but just know the plastic strap holders are flimsy.

A virtually identical copy of the Solo Duane convertible, except $20 instead of $40. Your coworkers will never know unless you drink too much at happy hour and blurt out your secret.The material seems slightly stiffer. One of the zippers was a little janky & wouldn't close smoothly. Otherwise, it behaves like a bag is supposed to.

Excellent value for the price. Very comparable to Solo's Duane convertible backpack but less than half the price. Roomy yet compact and strong. I originally bought it for myself but my son, visiting from college, liked it, so I gave it to him and ordered another for me.

Seam to seam, the main compartment measures about 3.25 inches deep, not 5. I got this because the dimensions said it was slightly bigger than the similarly designed Rangeland bag I currently have, but this turned out to be the same size or a little smaller. The material also feels flimsy and plasticy, and the straps don't seem especially secure.

The bag itself looks very nice however it was already ripped when it came in the mail. It began ripping after only a couple of uses and didn’t have a lot of items inside. I could have gotten a defective item though or the quality of the product is not good

Item arrived missing a zipper pull on one zipper for a front pocket. Within days of use, the top zipper started to get stuck and almost rip apart. It will hold together until the end of the school year, but I expected it to last much longer than a few weeks :( I feel ripped off by this item.
