Discontinued item. Very glad to find this.
1 cracked motor cover. That's ok because I used the original. No other signs of it being used. The end of the long box was crushed, hence the broken cover. It installed ok and looks brand new. Motor is fine and I saved the old one since only the arm was damaged. Glad to save a few hundred dollars.

Exactly as described
We had to replace the arm on our grand design toy hauler unfortunately. We were given this part number by the fantastic GD customer service as a replacement. The part was exactly as described and was delivery quickly. Simple 30 minute install and good as new. I don’t recommend a carefree awning to anyone but if you have one this is the best replacement part for yours.

Fit perfectly
These were easy to install on our own. It definitely takes more than one person. We were able to install our awning and drum on these without a problem. We are trying to figure out how to install our outdoor speakers from our old awning arms onto these ones as that was not an option.

Perfect match to existing
Was a perfect match for broken idler arm. Stinks that I had to buy both arms when only needed one, but kudos to Amazon for having it in stock. Manufacturer discontinued and couldn’t get it from RV supplier. The kit was missing the wire harness and control button but since I was replacing existing equipment I didn’t really need it. Would be an issue if installing first awning.

Both Awning arm heads scratched and cover for a lower left awning arm broke was found laying in the bottom of box

Be sure to check the package when it arrives...our first set had broken parts/work in the shade
Like: everything lined up with the original mounting holes...the wiring was fairly easy to spliceNeeds better packaging for shipping.

This product is perfect BUT I needed to do a return. It has been well over weeks and the retirn is not complete. I do not recommend this company. No problem taking your hundreds of dollars but can’t seem to get the refund started. Lousy.
