This mattress is used in my spare room. I have chronic ill health. It's not always possible to share a bed. My normal bed is a waterbed. It's safe to say I am fussy!I am using this mattress on a cast iron antique bed with a cast iron waffle base. Obviously my bed base is solid with no springs or slats. On my bed this mattress is firm but still has the sinking soft feeling. It's very comfortable and adapts to my body shape. It's comforting and soft. The winterside is harder but I expected it would be more dense due keeping heat in. On a standard bed the mattress would be a lot softer. Among other things I have 4 slipped discs and spinal nerve damage. I have not woken up in pain sleeping on this mattress. It would be lovely if you could buy matching pillows.The price is outstanding value. The price does not reflect the comfort. I would expect to pay a lot more for such an amazingly comfortable mattress.The staff have been fantastic, Extremely helpful. Customer services are outstanding.My mattress was delivered earlier than expected despite me ordering the wrong size and having to re order.All fuss free without any problems. As you can tell I love this mattress!!

DreamThis mattress is a dream ❤ I lay down last night with so extreme backache (I do not lie), that I could not stand up. I was crawling around in a screaming condition. It was so painful that I could not move and was thinking if I get around an emergency ambulance with injection.And now I woke up early. And it is unbelievable but no back pain ! Of course will still have some backache during the day, but it clearly has healing effection. It is nothing compared to yesterday. And I do not need to worry anymore when I go to bed. It will not get worse, only better.I never had any mattress before that keeps me so cool too, which is very important for me because any other mattress made me too warm.And I enjoyed this night so much after not having slept for several nights.I have tried many mattresses and toppers before. I tried a medium-soft memory foam topper (which I now gave to my children) and an orthopaedic mattress with the hardest firmness too.This mattress is much better. This kind of medium is perfect. It feels hard but is not too hard. Just the right thing for my back.Delivery was very good too. Faster than advertised and not complicated👍Mattress feels so comfy and good ❤Update:After a longer period of time sleeping on this my opinion about this mattress is even better. Although ive thought it can't be better. It is still soft although it is hard. It is so good for my backache. I never ever in my life had a bed like this before. I wish I could sleep a few days long now hahahaI always look forward to going to bed ☺

Bought a replacement mattress about 10 months ago to replace a aging memory foam mattress.The replacement was a pocket sprung model with memory foam layer on top and found to be bloody awful!!Persevered with it but it was making a pre existing back problem worse and starting to give me pain in the hips(downside of old injuries).Finally got the OK off SWMBO to get a replacement and after looking at various reviews settled on the Naruralex Aura.We dont have a large budget so the likes of Simba and Eve mattresses are out of budge,t however cannot see how they can be so much better than the Naturalex mattress I have got.Mattress turned up on time in large cardboard box, sealed inside a protective bag.Upon removal I left the mattress 24hrs to fully expand before trying it and its night and day compared to the old one.Feels firmish(but not to hard) upon initial contact but after a few mins with your bodyheat the contact points soften up and mould to you body.Much better sleep than the old one and I wake up with much less back pain and the hip pain has gone.For the price I think its a great buy and are very happy with it so far.

I contacted the seller before purchase and I was told this is a softer mattress. It feels just like a very firm foam mattress, cannot feel the memory foam. I wanted something softer as I sleep on my side and my hips hurt. Also, the cover material is all synthetic and it makes a squeaky noise as you turn on the mattress, I guess as the synthetic material is touching the bed slats. Otherwise mattress looks nice and delivery experience was good. I would just need a softer mattress. Don't know if I can exchange it now.

Ive waited a week before i put a review Purchased two of these mattresses one for my own bed and one for my son can't rate them highly enough for comfort and luxury took approximately 24hrs to fully inflate but once up you can tell they aint the usual rubbish had pkenty of exspensive mattresses in past I'd say I don't notice a difference 5* for product and delivery
