BETTERCLOUD Intake Turbo Charge Pipe Cooling Kit Compatible with BMW N54 E88 E90 E91 E92 E93 135i 335i

Arrived as described and looks to be of good quality I haven’t had a chance to install it yet.

This charge pipe looked good, but the connection to the throttle body will be impossible to put on with the o ring correctly installed. It honestly made me want to throw this charge pipe across the street. Alas, I thought of one idea that a friend told me worked perfectly for him. I sawed off the connection to the throttle body and bought a 3.5inch to 3inch silicone coupler. Clamped it on both sides and charge pipe now fits perfect lol. Honestly more reliable than somehow forcing a crap fitment charge pipe into place, 2 weeks abusing the car and no boost leaks. Connection to intercooler side was perfect btw. 3 stars for working but giving me an anuerism. 42$ total with coupler, I'm not paying burger king motorsports $140 for a metal pipe, seems stupid to me idk, I;d rather spend money on the good stuff (downpipes, turbos, intercooler, tune) oh and stock diverter valves fit perfectly. Be prepared to break the map sensor clip on stock chargepipe :)

Good news is that it will fit in a 335is - although it pinches the power steering reservoir pipes against the inner wing.Fit to the throttle body is loose-ish. It moves, but doesn’t seem to leak. That might be luck, rather than good design. Note that the clip to fix it to the throttle body is not included, so don’t throw your old one away…Also, the washers supplied for the bolts to hold down the boost pressure sensor are too small (O/D). The bore for the pressure sensor in slightly oversized compared to that in the original BMW part. Like the throttle body joint, it seems to seal, but it’s not convincing.Overall, it fitted, it works & it’s cheap, but I may have been lucky, judging by other comments……

It works for the price it is perfect, in order for you to have an easy intall just clean paint on the inside of the pipe, that will get you that extra millimeter for it to lock in place.

Unit works fine and install was OK, however it had metal shavings inside and was hard to clean these out.

Don’t waste your time with this charge pipe. Starting with the burrs and ending with the fit. None of it was good. Sent it back

Poor quality. Will not seal properly. Welds on inside of pipe sealing flange cause uneven mating surface to throttle body. Tried to grind down but will buy a quality part.
