Personalized Custom Glitter Effect Case for BlackBerry Classic/Q20 / Rose Gold Design/Initial/Name/Text DIY Cover

As you can see from my pictures there is a a huge difference between my picture and their picture so either they used the best photoshop money can buy or they advertised using a different quality case than what they actually sent me. Trust me when I say even my picture looks better than it does in person. As you can see from the inside shot this case is truly just a clear piece of plastic that they put a sticker inside. And the sticker doesn't even cover the entire shape of the case like a Skinit would. Furthermore, the color I ordered said Rose Gold, but what arrived was true pink and I hate pink. I really wanted yellow gold, but that color in their picture looked like it would be way too bright especially because I thought this case had rhinestones on it or was at least a textured case that made it shimmer like rhinestones would. Thus, I thought yellow would turn out even brighter when taking into consideration the shimmer of rhinestones too. Instead what arrived was a cheap piece of plastic that I am sure would break upon the first drop of the phone and a mere matte sticker that anyone could've printed from home. There are no rhinestones, no texture, nothing but a piece of paper that has a sticky side to adhere to the plain plastic case. The worst part is that I cannot return it because there are no free returns and it came from out of the country which means it would likely cost me just as much to ship it back as it did to buy it. This is the worst product I have ever bought from Amazon and I am disappointed that Amazon even allows people to sell things that are this deceiving and this poorly made. This is the worst $13.18 I have ever spent especially since this case is going to go directly in the trash as I have no use for something that won't protect my phone from falls and I don't want to stare at something pink when that is the one color that I despise.
