Belly Envy Women's Dressy Maternity Plus Size Palazzo Pants

I wanted to leave a review for these pants. I saw them and fell in love with them. I actually bought two pairs grey and black. However I can't wear either and will have to send them back. Pre-pregnancy I wore a 2x (snug). I bought them in 2x thinking the snug aspect would keep them up and the fact they are maternity would fit them on my belly. Well they definitely fit, but the belly band isn't tight enough or tall enough so only go mid-belly, loosely. I walked down the short hallway in my apartment and they were half-way off my body. I'm already in my 3rd trimester so I won't 'grow' into them. However I don't want to dissuade anyone from getting a pair. They are VERY comfortable, very flowy, very soft and very beautiful. I would recommend buying a size smaller than normal and if you have an unusual shaped body then they won't stay up on you. They are very slinky material so they slide down.

I am currently in the last month of my pregnancy but made the purchase in my second month. I was having trouble with button jeans so early on b/c any kind of tightness around my belly made me nauseated.I have the hips to keep them up on their own and have worn them at least once a week during the entire pregnancy and am still rockin' them. Very comfortable and functional, so glad I made this purchase.I could see someone without a butt or hips having trouble holding these up in the first trimester.
