Drexel F.M 160 Foam Maker - 128oz

Used as directed, made nice blobs of foam. Will last the rest of my life!

Bought this for our Aircrete project and OH EM GEE it's awesome. Before this, we'd tried MANY other cheap options, but we finally bit the bullet and bought this awesome stuff. It creates a very sturdy foam (as long as you have the correct air to water ratio). You don't need much of this at all, so it should last you quite a while, depending on your project. We will definitely be purchasing again.

I decided to redo my well house with aircrew panels I tried using shampoo but the bubbles kept popping. I used 2x6 for the frame and with the Drexel it came out great. Well see how it holds up this winter.

After trying and failing with all the other foaming agents to make aircrete, I decided it was time to try the standard by which all others are measured. I really don't like ordering liquid products through Amazon, but this could not be purchased locally. As the images show, the product was poorly packaged and arrived with a broken lid and no inner foil seal on the container. Package was soaked in the foaming agent. I spoke with the Drexel sales rep for my area regarding the authenticity of this product but the conversation was inconclusive. I do know that everything I purchase, from concrete bonding agent to dijon mustard has an inner foil "safety" seal. I'm surprised that a large chemical company like Drexel would be selling their products without this feature. Additionally, at the recommended rates, this product functions about the same as all the others for making aircrete. I'm about to ready to accept that aircrete is to construction what perpetual energy machines are to the electric grid.

great stuff, bubbles are stable and last for over an hour easy. bubble size is critical to how long they last.
