This clay powder has a very fine texture and is of very high quality. I am so pleased I found this and will order more as needed. This powder is for mixing with water at a minimum but you can also make specialty masks using grapefruit juice, lemon essential oils, etc. to create a custom experience based on your skin type. (the free ebook gives you a nice assortment of different mask types you can mix yourself with ingredients that are easy to get.) I love that kind of versatility. Plus its really easy to mix up a batch and use it. Doesn't take much time at all.This is a wonderful product and I would encourage you to buy it if you like a face mask you can create yourself.

I have not yet mastered the proper way to mix this to be the paste it descibes.

Wow, I am amazed at how many different uses there are for bentonite clay powder! I have researched the powerful healing powder and it can be used as a facial mask to minimize pores and clear facial toxins, to heal cuts, burns, bug bites, etc and even to remineralize teeth. Bentonite is made of a powerful substance that when mixed with water, its electrical natural components charge allowing it to absorb and eliminate toxins and impurities. I was given the opportunity to test the product for my unbiased and honest review.100% Pure Bentonite Clay Powder is a great natural and inexpensive treatment for face and hair. I initially used the product as a face mask and I was amazed with my results. The product includes easy to follow directions and a small scoop which is extremely useful, since the powder is to avoid metals. I mixed the powder in a plastic cup and mixed it with a plastic spoon and eventually began to mix with my hands. Make sure you are in a bathroom because the clay is messy (stain free and easy to clean). I covered my face with the clay mixture. The powder turns into a mud-like appearance and begins to harden. My face was a little itchy after a couple minutes and as the clay began to harden I could feel my face tighten as well.The clay removed blackheads, cleansed my pores and reduced redness from acne.
