So easy to put on and take off - literally five seconds for each foot! I used mine on wellingtons on steep, slippery and rocky woodland banks and also chest waders for fishing fast rivers. I wish I'd known about these before!

Bought these for my dad he loved the grip from the spikes, the fit was fine (8 1/2) although could do with removing a link or two to fit better. Easy to put on.

This product was easy to fit and very effective when walking on snow and ice in Iceland.

I have used spikes similar to this before and found them to be a decent alternative to full crampons at a lower price point. This product did not live up to expectations. In fact, the metal chains on both pairs I purchased broke within 5 min of attaching. And this was at the top of Mt Snowdon!It may serve me right for going for an inexpensive product, but I'm inclined to think that these should not be sold at all if my experience is an indicator of their robustness. Luckily, my girlfriend and I were just about able to hobble down from the snowline with broken crampons, the it could have been a dangerous situation.

Auf keinen Fall mit einem richtigen Gerödel zu verwechseln. Erfüllt auf kleineren Wanderungen seinen Zweck, schnell zur Hand, nimmt im Rucksack nicht viel Platz weg. Habe die Schuhspikes bergauf und bergab bei einer Wanderung auf die Rotwand ausprobiert. Kein Highendprodukt aber das hatte ich bei diesem Preis auch nicht erwartet. Preis/Leistung sehr gut,

Ho acquistato questi ramponcini da ghiaggio per le escursioni invernali in montagna. Non li ho utilizzati per escursioni molto impegnative, ma per facili escursioni su sentieri o mulattiere ghiacciate, ho camminato su strade e laghi ghiacciati. Sono ottimi: sia in salita che in discesa la tenuta e ottima, il piede poggia bene e la camminata risulta spedita e senza incertezze. Ho acquistato una tagli M per me (scarponcino n. 39) e una L (anche se sulla etichetta riporta L+) per mio marito (scarponcino n. 43). Si adattano facilmente alla scarpa in quanto il rampone è montato su una cinghia elastica che si applica sopra le scarpe. Sono poco ingombranti e soprattutto leggeri, da tenere nello zaino e utilizzare solo se necessario.
