Great Foundation
Great for starting your soups or anything else that requires a beef broth start. I've actually started using it as the "water" for my saimin. Adds a nice, healthy twist!

Organic and Good Enough of a Price for It
The only negative on this product is the flavor: I see it as NOT having the psycho-salty Swanson box o' dark brown beef broth + bad stuff in it.** And I'm dealing with a weird undiagnosed hiatal hernia thing that only allows me to drink fluids and so I'm on the healthiest diet of champions out there:- a short handful of roughly-diced bacon- about halfway thru cover the bacon with Chinese hoisin sauce- about half the time I add a squirt or two of what I call "beef broth booster" from a squeeze bottle: it's the super concentrated psycho-salty Swanson box o' dark brown beef broth + bad stuff in it!Riddle me that one, Batman.Til then I'm still buying more of this stock!

Pacific Foods and/or Amazon sent rancid product to be injested.
I ordered a dozen of these Pacific Foods Organic bone broth packages. The first one was rancid. I hoped it may have been only one. I opened a second and it smelled terrible. I took a small sip and it made me sick and I threw up for about 3 minutes. Apparently this company has no quality control and doesn't care about poisoning their customers. I never will by another item from them. Shame on Pacific Foods and Amazon.

Excellent flavor; terrible packaging
Love this brand for cooking. I am hurrying to use these up because the containers are far too difficult to open. The screw cap is small so getting a grip can be challenging . The amount of pressure to actually get the cap to move is too much for myself and my husband. At one point I had to go mental on it and stab with a knife. Sorry Pacifica….bad package design

A good product that suffered during shipping
I bought these to use as gravy for dog food. I mix it half and half with water to lower the sodium, and he loves it.When I received this box, it was soaking wet. The boxes inside had frozen during shipment and blown up, leaving a soggy, nasty mess on my doorstep.I threw the entire box away. Now this shouldn't reflect on the product. I know from earlier purchases that the product is fine, and my dog loves it. I just won't be buying it from Amazon any longer, and especially not during winter.5/5*
