Firstly this trolley is excellent quality,solidly made with various pockets and pretty fabric.It arrives packed flat so there is some simple assembly required.....wheel placement.It folds flat for storage.This trolley is quite a bit larger and is much heavier than most,it could be difficult to access buses when it is close to full.It would be wonderful for family shopping.I am single and childless and i had considered returning the trolley but i reconsidered as i decided that the return postage would be expensive and then i also decided that this item would be fine for carrying bulky or heavier items along with shopping trips that involve various shops or markets. I have a number of cats and their food and cat litter is heavy when you shop like me and go for multi-buysIt may seem expensive when compared to the high street but the cheaper products rarely last long if you are carrying weighty groceries.I have had four wheeled trolleys that have had their wheels weakened by using buses( as you get on and off puts stress on the wheels),it's awkward when the wheels come off when you are shopping.

Do read the measurements carefully, even though I was prepared for it to be the size it is, it was still a shock! Arrived in a somewhat beaten up box, but no damage to the trolley. I predict I will easily be able to get my weekly grocery shop in here, including 12-can packs of fizzy drinks and cat litter (never mind your osmium, this is the heaviest substance known to man). The bag is actually quite pretty, and looks less austere than the plain ones. I'm 5'10" and this is the perfect height for me. Am really looking forward to doing supermarket shops in the 'scan and shop' chains, which mean I can scan stuff and put it straight in the Donkee, saving loads of packing and lifting in and out. Absolutely delighted, and will update review once I've used it a bit.EDITED AFTER A YEAR it’s still going strong, I absolutely love it

The costumer serves not very helpful the trolley is too Harvey for me and I have mobility issues and they don’t respond my emails

I was very disappointed wish putting on front wheels. Was not able to do it without a hammer. Could not find any hammer in the house...I think, I had paid enough money, not to struggle to put things together!

Brought this in January so waited to see how it performed up until now fantastic my wife loves it a lot of heads turn ask where did you get it only the one problem I would say it's a tad expensive but worth every penny fantastic products no issues with it whatsoever

Huge trolley with side/back pockets for extra storage. The wooden base, removable, and wood in lid make this quite a heavy trolley, particularly when full, but very stable and a lovely print. Lots of positive comments from other shoppers when using it.

Mum gets a lot of attention with this trolley. It’s beautiful and takes all our shoppingGlad we ordered the the bigger size.

It's so big! I could go get my Asian and lidl shop and wet market in one go! Hahaha;)
