Bloating tummy
Since I just started take these, I'm not able to give a accurate rating as to it working or not. One issue I can report on is that I found that I get very bloated since I've been taking the pills. I will continue to tIake them to see if the bloating will subside, if not, I will have to consider not taking the pills. I'd hate to waste them since they are not cheap.

One of the most natural Calcium supplements out there
These Calcium tablets are Algae based, vegan & made from red algae out of the waters of Iceland. They aren't the cheapest, which indicates reliable. You do get what you pay for, especially in terms of ingestibles. If you are planning on putting it in your gut, it better be the best you can find! They are also 1,000 mg. I know they've helped my bones. My hip feels stronger today than it did months ago. One fact about supplements, you must be consistent & not miss any days taking them. That's all I got, no two people the same

Same formula as Rising Sun
Did my research. Trying to ward off osteoporosis. Was using Rising Sun algae calcium but when I went to order, it can’t be found. Drat! More research… so many brands and formulas! But guess what. This has the EXACT formula as Rising Sun. Whew!
