Hi Nick, I’ve just fitted them on my Kona. Not sure of the sweep angle. I’ve just put a review on Amazon with a couple of photos, that might help you. Not sure how long it takes for the review to go on though. I love them made a huge difference and improved the riding position. Cheers Jon

Has anyone's bars snapped? The review/pic on April 22 is a bit concerning for these.

For under 20 quid you'de be lucky to find any other type of handle bar. However I found that they are in fact really good for the money. Mine went on my old bike easily enough and look and feel great! I had to cut 20mm off each side (which I managed to do with a small hacksaw) as they were just too wide, I think the wider they are the easier they would be to snap, laws of leverage. I noticed they are quite light weight, and I guess your not going to get super strength and lightweight for under 20 quid. Overall they feel really good, a great improvement on what I had before. Only other downside, I did manage to scratch a little paint work on the bar when sliding down accesories during installation.

What does it mean size? The thickness of the actual pipe or the length?

Both... 31.8mm thick x 720/740/780mm long

Very easy, just a hacksaw required but i didn't cut mine as they are great as they are.
