Perfect for a senior cat!
This has been perfect for our senior cat who happens to have kidney disease. With the water-fill lines I can more easily detect how much water she is consuming. Works great for my purpose.

All the cats love it
This extra tall version is even better than the original version that I already had. Our old cats use it and seem to prefer it over all other water bowls. They are also nice looking and extremely good quality plus easy to clean.

Great Bowl
Cute and very well made. Thick ceramic. Bowl doesn't move with silicone bottom. Cute design. Holds a good amount of water for two cats.

Works great
Works perfectly to keep my cat from pawing water out everywhere. The floor is dry and the ergonomics are great. Wish there was a bigger size too.

Attractive and functional!
Our cat has always preferred a short glass to drink from on his table, presumably so he doesn't have to crouch down to drink. We were keeping it on a coaster, but alas he is a messy drinker! This Nekoichi plate and raised water dish perfectly fit the bill for our little guy though! The dish holds water just fine and has handy measurements baked right in for monitoring consumption. The plate is wide enough to capture all of his over-spill effectively and both are easy to wash and rinse clean as needed. Also nice is the indentation in the plate to ensure the water bowl is always evenly centered for usage. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Very Nice
The water bowl is really cute and I like the fact it has the measurement markings inside the bowl.

Happy kitty, happy human
The things we do to keep our cats happy! I'm a big believer in raised feeding and water bowls. I have a duo tilted stand that I would use for food on one side and water on the other. But my cat was always getting her water dirty. So I decided to try out this separate bowl in the extra tall. It's good porcelain, comes with a rubber ring on the bottom so that it doesn't slide. It's not as tall as the raised stand but it's pretty close. My girl is kinda big but she managed as you can see in the pics. And I can also see how much she's drinking because of the measuring guide on the side. I know she drinks water, just don't know how much and when a cat drinks too much, that's not good. So that is helpful.

I have a very very happy Cat
I purchased this to go with the matching food bowl & i am very pleased with it.My Cat has arthritis in the shoulder joint of her front leg & both the water & food bowl have helped her eat & drink without having to stoop & bend her front legs. This is an ideal height for any Cats to eat & drink from & i do highly recommend them.

raised cat water bowl
Cat really likes this raised bowl. I put this bowl on the mat behind the cat biscuits and it allows the cat to lean over and have a drink without straining. Another advantage is that biscuits and cat food don't get flipped into the water (which happens when the food bowl and water bowl are at the same height)..

It's looking more and more like I'm going to have to invest in a cat's ...
I thought the expense of the bowl would be worth it, if it would help my cat to see the water in his bowl and actually drink it. His eyes just do not seem to see water in any bowl and then he either puts his paw in to test the depth or moves the bowl around for the same reason - water ends up all over the place and most times he does not drink any. However, although I am sure the raised design and heavier weight of the bowl will encourage other cats with drinking issues to use it, it has not worked with mine. It's looking more and more like I'm going to have to invest in a cat's water fountain and I have no idea which is the best as there are so many to choose from and they all have a mix of reviews!

Cat loves it and you can keep an eye on how water it drinks daily by the graduated measurements down the inside. This is especially important for indoor cats as they do tend to drink less. However, it is rather expensive.
