Wow! These are amazing for my low back pain. The generous size covers a very large area. They begin to work within minutes and last a solid 8 hours. These help my pain go from from severe (8/10) to minimal (2/10) without the use of stomach-irritating pain relievers. Smell is minimal and tolerable. May seem pricey at 3 patches per box but for all -day pain relief, these are well worth it. We always keep a box on hand for the 2-3 x year we need them. They are a bit tricky to apply, best to have some help. Can also be cut into smaller sizes, just cut a slit in the top to help with peeling. Make sure you apply to clean and dry skin and smooth it out while applying a bit of pressure to help it adhere better. Hold it in place with a fitted tee tucked under your clothes.

XL good size, treats a large area. Sticks well , not much smell. Lasts a long time, soothed my hamstring on low back. Would recommend. Keep some on hand now just in case.

Instant relief of back pain up to 8 hours. The heat level was just right. I don't actually recall a smell but if so its of menthol. Nice size patch thats easy to apply and the stickiness is just fine it does not feel as if was rolling off when moving around.

Work very well! When my back hurts from carry my toddler around all day because she refuses to walk sometimes, or sit in the stroller my lower back would ache so much by the end of the day. Right when I put this on I can feel instant relief. 10/10 recommended!! I like it better than heating pads.
