I got a Christmas present of tickets for the Eagles concert in Dublin this June so thought it was time to get re-acquainted. This DVD-Audio edition of Hell Freezes Over was a great way to do this. The track list is really good and I have some updated favorites as a result including New York Minute. As another reviewer says the intro to Hotel California is amazing and 'fresh'. The DVD-Audio quality is evident and the use of surround channels really helps to open the sound stage and envelope you. You can't help but close your eyes and get the feeling that you are at this live event. Looking forward to the real thing now!

What a great album

Pristine pressing, clear sonic separation of instruments and vocals. Highly recommended! I purchased the DTS 5.1 DVD Surround Sound version of this title way back in 2008 and liked the immersive sound track. Having read some of the poor reviews of the CD Remastered version I was dubious about purchasing the Vinyl version. I made the purchase, which arrived today, and promptly played them back. Result was outstanding! I shouldn't have worried.

All the classics live and by the Eagles, what's not too like?

As an Eagles fan, I had this cd for many years. Since getting back into vinyls, I decided to add this remastered edition. I must say it is worth every penny. Inspite some reviewers' complaints about sound quality, I am very satisfied with it. A great improvement over the earlier cd version. Pressing is good - with no pops and crackles. Buy with confidence if you like the Eagles and vinyl.

I already had this on cd and download, however, the vinyl pressing has superb sound quality - superior to the cd/download. Well-packaged and thick vinyl. Recommended!

This was a classic DVD release in the 90’s only had DTS soundtrack and Stereo was a reference go to and showed off your equipment nicely, strange this never made it to Blu ray but enough of that this is about the reissue vinyl, if you have been wondering if this was worth the money or had some reservations about buying stop right now and click the buy button, the first tracked I played was Hotel California as soon as the opening percussions started I melted back into my seat and ended up playing the album back to front, very little surface noise if any and beautiful soundstage I am normally not a live vinyl fan with few exceptions (Peter Frampton Frampton Comes Alive) this is well recorded and audiophile pressing, as for the reviews that state there is a problem with the pressing they either need there hearing checked or the system they use is not set up correctly, I have listened to records since the 70’s and there no problem with record

Great music, moderate release. Vinyl is heavy and decent pressing. Sadly they’ve cut som costs with the sleeve/cover. Just two vinyls squeezed into a slightly thicker than normal covers.
