Great book!
After spending a lot time wondering why our project always get off track. I finally found this book. I read the whole thing in a couple days and it was such an easy read!!I spent the next day outlining a project definition to present for discussion at our next meeting. So many light bulbs went off while reading this book of things we can do differently. I also had a lot of "Duh! Why didn't I think of that?!" moments. If we would have done a few of these things on past projects, it would have saved us months. I found this book covered a good foundation of the basics and leadership skills needed to complete a large project. This book gives a clear understanding of all key responsibilities, activities, and expectations from Project Management. Also it provides a good shape (without any overloading by vast details) of the major skills and expertise in which a Project Manager should have. It delivers as promised: concise, precise, and easy to read. Perfect starting point for someone new to the science of project management.Disclosure: I received this product for free or on a promotional discount for my honest review and they are 100% my own opinions. Four Stars
Pretty basic; good if you're not familiar with Agile at all.

This is a thoroughly researched book and it hits on ...
This is a thoroughly researched book and it hits on all of the key concepts, but the writing is clunky at times and really only helpful to someone who has zero prior knowledge of Agile concepts. I guess it lives up to its "simplified beginners guide" subtitle, but I guess I was hoping for something a little more instructional and less expository.

Made understanding class material so much easier.
While an Project Management student, I have learned the ins and outs of the design approach v the souple| approach. It is important to have familiarity with both because the waterfall strategy might be more of a safe route but more and more companies are looking for project managers who are able to utilize the agile approach. My spouse and I currently taking Project Management in construction related fields, and sizable portion of our time has been spent learning agile methods. However,My spouse and I disliked the book we were being forced to read for our class. The Writer uses unnecessary jargon besides making things more complicated than it really must be. We would spend more time researching the terminology then we would learning what we were suppose to. This book is by far so much better, by a long shot! The details are clear, and straight forward to understand. The author an amazing job of explaining things thoroughly and little by little expanding on the principles of Project management. We have been able to better focus our time on what is actually being taught; this book has done wonders for us in understanding the material for class.I did receive this product in exchange for my genuine, unbiased review.

Great Book
Agile Project Management QuickStart Guide: A Simplified Beginners Guide To Agile Project ManagementI got this book, because we use it at work in the IT field. It is one of the training books that we have to read for the job. The chapters are well organized. I like how it gives a history and layout of the basics in the beginning of the book. It was a good basis of how to preform agile in the work place and has provided a building block for me at work. It is easy for a beginner to understand and gives a clear understanding of the key ideas and principles of Agile. If you like IT, use this in the workplace, or would like some fresh ideas in running IT at work, I would highly suggest this book for reading.I was given this item for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion, which is given. I am no way have been influenced by the seller.

Vague and too high level
Very high level book that doesn’t really provide any value. Better off watching some YouTube videos or googling.
