Hinterland Trading Blue Japanese Wisteria Vine 5 Seeds - Hard to Find! Rare

I bought these along with some other seeds from Hinterland Trading. I used the paper towel method about one (? Two? I don't remember) week ago, and today I found out that one seed has rooted. I don't know why, but the tip of the root appears to be a rather cool shade of hot pink...Weird. Maybe it was from lack of sunlight... The seedling that came out was a sickly one. It's doing okay, I guess, but I'm a bit worried...Later, I found out that another seed had sprouted. This seedling is stronger, with longer, thicker roots. :)Anyway, not every seed sprouted, thus the number of stars.UPDATE: One of the seedlings died, but my other one (the one I mentioned earlier, with thicker roots) is doing well. It's strong and tall and grows faster than most of my other plants! :)If you want to buy these seeds and want many Wisteria plants, I suggest buy multiple packs. These seeds don't have a high germination rate.I was content with this purchase, for I got one healthy strong seedling, but, not 100%-germination-rate-ecstatic.

We did everything by the book and still only 2 seeds sprouted. The seedlings are still week and am not sure if they will grow. We will wait and give and update later...Here is the update, as of June, 2013. The seedlings did not survive... They were around 3-4" and quite good root structure but died after two weeks in the garden... So no success with the seeds. I already have bought three wisteria plants online (about the same size as my were) and they are doing excellent.

SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! Waste of time and money… seeds do not germinate, however they do disintegrate to nothing. I have other wisteria that does great on my property. These are NOT rare or hard to find. These seeds are disappointing. This seller is disappointing and should take this product off this site.

I know Wisteria is easy and difficult at the same time to try and grow. But this was just ridiculous. I bout 15 different seeds of Wisteria...only 1 germinated from another batch and it soon wilted and died. Just spend the money for a proper cutting.

Have been looking for wisteria plant, like forever. Saw these seeds on Amazon and ordered them. Four of them have rooted and are now planted, the fifth seed molded and never sprouted, but none the less I am happy with their progress so far.

Planted very carefully following all instructions in good soil with no results. It didn't even attempt to grow. Soaked the seeds as instructed but they would never sprout.

I tried to plant the seeds but not one came out. I really really thought at least one would have made it. Also it would be a good idea to send planting instructions with the seeds.
